Outfits are so important! I offer styling assistance and recommend creating a Pinterest board for your session. For timeless, artful images, I suggest natural and neutral colors, layers, and textures, while avoiding neons, distracting patterns, and logos.
What should be worn for a session?
Travel within 30 miles of LeGrand, Iowa is included. For locations beyond 30 miles, travel is $1 per mile to cover time and expenses. If your session is more than 2 hours from LeGrand, please inquire for a custom travel quote.
How much is travel?
You are free to print your images wherever you like, though I do have a recommended online print shop! I highly recommend avoiding grocery store or pharmacy print services, as the quality is almost always disappointing.
How do I print my images?
Frequently asked questions
I offer light skin retouching for temporary imperfections, such as acne or minor skin smoothing, unless otherwise requested. I do not make major changes, including altering tattoos, changing makeup, modifying permanent features, or editing wardrobe choices.
I don't believe in altering permanent parts of our bodies to make someone appear as something they are not. I will not remove “double chins” or make you look thinner. Your images are meant to be celebrated by the people who love you, for YOU.
If there is a sensitive area you are concerned about, please let me know; I will do my best to work with angles, lighting, and posing to address it naturally. My goal is always to make you look and feel your best!
